Simulating downloads, employing headless browsers, micro-task farms, VPN rotating bots, or ad-click scripts.

⚖️ Repeat Copyright Piracy

Mass-scraping or uploading watermarked, copyrighted, or commercial stock imagery belonging to other artists or agencies.

💳 Payment Fraud & Fake TrxIDs

Submitting fake bKash Transaction IDs, forged payment screenshots, or engaging in unauthorized chargeback abuse.

☣️ Malicious Payloads

Distributing malware, phishing URLs, corrupted archives, or misleading executable source files.

3. Three-Strike Warning System (For Minor Infractions)

For minor quality issues or accidental non-compliance:

  • Strike 1 (Official Warning): Minor quality defect, miscategorized tags, or initial copyright notice. The asset is rejected with feedback.
  • Strike 2 (7-Day Upload Suspension): Repeated keyword stuffing or quality rejections. Upload capabilities are suspended for 7 days.
  • Strike 3 (Permanent Account Termination): Continued non-compliance leads to full permanent account deactivation.

4. Consequences of Account Termination

Upon permanent account termination:

  • All public assets and portfolios are removed from search and listing feeds.
  • Pending withdrawal requests are canceled, and illicit earnings forfeited.
  • Associated email addresses, phone numbers, and MFS payout accounts are blacklisted from re-registration.

5. Appeals Process

If you believe your account was suspended or banned in error, you may file an appeal within 14 days of the action by contacting our Trust & Safety team at Contact & Support. Please provide your registered email, username, and clear supporting documentation (proof of asset creation/license rights).
